Eat at least 3 meals a day



Another way to keep our metabolic rate from slumping into very lows and hitting racing highs is to eat regular meals.
Eating 3 meals a day should be an absolute minimum and ideally we should eat 5 smaller meals spread evenly across the day.
This will keep a good balance of energy through the day, keep your mind fresh and alert and give you more time to do the things you want.
